Property Preservation:
Your property can still look it's best while you are looking for a buyer. Just because it is closed down, it don't have to look run down.
Janitorial:
Totally clean vacant units for new tenants. Construction cleans, weekly cleaning of property, clean outs and set outs. We also service vacant properties. Trash outs and set outs also available. From one to one hundred units or more, we can get rid of your unwanted debris.
Maintenance:
Providing maintenance personnel 5 days per week. Emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Any specialized skilled work will be contracted out to a licensed professional. H&H will oversee all contractors.
Apartment turn over (make ready):
Paint, preform maintenance, clean carpet, refinishing floors, hang blinds to replacing locks. Whatever the unit needs to become rent ready. Each unit has different needs, there for the price of the turn will be also.
Painting:
Exterior painting priced by square footage. Interior painting is priced per room/area. New construction and fire damaged welcome.
Remodeling:
Kitchens and baths are our specialty. We can take out old fixtures and replace them, or remodel the entire room. From custom tile work to basic plumbing our prices are the best in town for this service.
Yard service:
From raking leafs, planting large trees to weekly grass cutting,
we do it all.
